These Terms of Service govern access to shoeseternal.com and all purchases of women’s shoes from Sau Ying Limited. By using shoeseternal.com, the customer accepts these Terms of Service. If the customer does not accept these Terms of Service, the customer must not use shoeseternal.com or purchase women’s shoes from Sau Ying Limited.
Use of Website
The customer must be legally capable of entering a binding contract to purchase women’s shoes from shoeseternal.com. The customer must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation and checkout. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. The customer must notify Sau Ying Limited immediately of unauthorized account access or unauthorized purchases. The customer must not use shoeseternal.com for unlawful purposes, fraud, or unauthorized access.
Products and Orders
shoeseternal.com sells women’s shoes in various sizes, colors, materials, heel heights, and styles. Product descriptions are provided to assist the customer in selecting women’s shoes. Sau Ying Limited may correct pricing errors, product description errors, and inventory errors. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. Sau Ying Limited accepts an order only after payment authorization and internal verification. Sau Ying Limited may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, incorrect pricing, or inventory shortage. If an order is cancelled, Sau Ying Limited will process a refund in accordance with the refund policy.
Pricing and Payment
Prices for women’s shoes are displayed on shoeseternal.com in the currency shown at checkout. The customer must pay all charges, taxes, and shipping fees associated with the order. Sau Ying Limited uses payment processors to authorize and capture payments. The customer must provide valid payment information. The customer authorizes Sau Ying Limited to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount.
Shipping and Delivery
Sau Ying Limited ships women’s shoes to addresses provided by the customer. Shipping options and estimated arrival windows are presented at checkout. The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Sau Ying Limited is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, customs inspections, or events outside Sau Ying Limited’s control. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Sau Ying Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. The customer may request a refund within 14 days after receipt of the women’s shoes. The customer must contact Sau Ying Limited at [email protected] to initiate the refund request. The customer must return the women’s shoes in the condition received, with original packaging and all included components. Sau Ying Limited may reject a refund if the returned women’s shoes are used, damaged by the customer, altered, or missing components. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Sau Ying Limited.
Refund Processing and PayPal
Refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The refund timeline begins after Sau Ying Limited receives and inspects the returned women’s shoes. The customer must provide accurate payment and banking information for the refund. Sau Ying Limited is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or financial institutions.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact Sau Ying Limited at [email protected] and provide photographs of the damaged or defective women’s shoes. The customer must retain the original packaging and the damaged or defective women’s shoes for inspection. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt may be denied.
Return Conditions
The customer must return women’s shoes with a tracking number. The customer must include the order number inside the return package. Sau Ying Limited is not responsible for returns lost in transit. The customer must ship returns to the address provided by Sau Ying Limited after the refund request is approved. The customer must not send cash on delivery returns. Sau Ying Limited may refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Sau Ying Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of shoeseternal.com or the purchase of women’s shoes. The total liability of Sau Ying Limited for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the women’s shoes giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law.
Governing Law
The governing law is Hong Kong law. These Terms of Service are governed by Hong Kong law. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or the purchase of women’s shoes is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. The customer agrees that Hong Kong law applies without regard to conflict of law principles.
